Meeting and Incentive Travel Planner
If you are a meeting and incentive travel planner who absolutely loves the operations end of the business, is a perfectionist in creativity and logistics, doesn't mind hard work and long hours and have had at least 3 years high level operational experience - Mayer Incentives and Meetings may be looking for you for a temporary job. The job would begin IMMEDIATELY and last through November. If you do well - there is the possibility of it extending into Spring of 2012.
Skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, organizational meeting planning skills, group travel background, very creative, good taste and strong work ethic. Outgoing personality as you would be speaking to clients directly and must represent the company in an excellent manner. A person who doesn't take no for an answer but uses human relationship skills - not bad humor to develop relationships with vendors, suppliers and other members of the team.
If you have on-site experience also, you may qualify to travel on-site this fall. This would be 40 hours per week. Candidate must be willing to do anything, even stuff flyers even if skills are above that. Hourly pay basis. Starting hourly to start will be increased within a short period of time totally dependent on results you get!!
